130915 SNSD Sunny Crying on ‘Grandpas Over Flowers?’

Girls’ Generation member Sunny cried while filming “Grandpas Over Flowers.”

On the September 13 episode of tvN’s “Grandpas Over Flowers,” Girls’ Generation Sunny said good-bye to the cast members as she had to leave the Taiwan backpacking trip early for her other schedules.

In a separate interview with the staff members, Sunny revealed, “I don’t know exactly when, but the fathers who always show me affection have started to feel like my fathers as well. When I look at them I feel like I’m looking at my father, or my grandfathers.”

The staff then asked, “Does your grandfather live in America?” Sunny answered, “He passed away. I wasn’t able to attend the funeral because I was busy with my activities (as a singer),” and then she cried. She said, “That’s why when I think about my grandfather I’m so sorry to him. Today I was happy because I met some grandpas.”
