140627 Fan approached by crying Taeyeon, who pleaded with her to tell her fans she is sorry

On June 26th, Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon was seen at the airport pleading with a fan while in tears to send her fans her apologies. She was not allowed by SM Entertainment to use her SNS to say it herself.

Previously, it had been revealed by Dispatch and confirmed by SM Entertainment that Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon is in a relationship with EXO’s Baekhyun,

The couple had been under a lot of fan ridicule, especially Baekhyun, who while hosting Inkigayo, heard the words “traitor” from audience members in the crowd. EXO’s fan club dropped from ranking 3rd to ranking 9th, with a drop of 189,419 fans since last week.

Even Idols have chimed in and given their responsese to the announcement.

Taeyeon made her first public appearance at Gimpo Airport making her way to Japan for Girls’ Generation’s second Japan tour. Taeyeon had a flat expression and was silent as she went through the airport which led fans to make comments such as“I don’t know why but I miss your smile.”

  

At the airport, a seemingly distraught Taeyeon was searching near the airport’s entrance for someone who seemed to speak Korean. She ran up to the fan in tears and pleaded to tell her fans that she was sorry, that she wants to tell them herself but her company, SM Entertainment, is refraining her from using any SNS media.

Taeyeon also said, “I will make a way for me to apologize to my fans directly, so please wait. I have many things that I wish to say.”

Taeyeon had left an apology on her Instagram, where many fans left comments of support, and mixed feelings.

Taeyeon and Girls’ Generation are in Japan for their “Japan 3rd Tour 2014” which is set to conclude on the 29th of June. Previously, they stopped at Fukuoka Marine Messe, Hiroshima Green Arena, Kobe World Memorial Hall, Nagoya Nihon Gaishi Hall, and Osaka-jo Hall. Their last stop at is Saitama Super Arena on the 28th and 29th of June.
