And yes, Girls' Generation's recent schedules in Japan were for their upcoming Japanese single.

The title of SNSD's upcoming Japanese single will be 'Galaxy Supernova', and it will be released o the 18th of September.

It will come in two different versions, one of which will include the DVD for the music video of 'Galaxy Supernova', while the normal version will just include the two tracks namely the 'Galaxy Supernova' and 'Do the Catwalk'.

In addition to that, Girls' Generation will also release the DVD and Blu-Ray copy of their "Girls&Peace Japan 2nd Tour concert" on September 18th as well.
