130115 SNSD′s ′I Got a Boy′ Lands on Top of Taiwanese and Singaporean Charts

Girls′ Generation′s (SNSD) I Got a Boy has been topping charts not only in Korea, but also in Taiwan and Singapore.
The album stayed on the top of Five Music′s Korea-Japan chart for two weeks in a row from December 28 to January 10, and also scored no. 1 wins on G-Music′s Asia Chart from January 4-10, the CCR Asian Music Chart from January 1-7 and many other Taiwanese album sales charts.
I Got a Boy could also be found on the top of KKBOX′s Top 100 Korean music chart from January 6-12 and the popular radio show Hit FM′s Asia Chart from December 31 to January 6.
In Singapore, the album rose to no. 1 on HMV′s Korea-Japan chart, signaling that the SNSD wave was just getting started.
The group is currently promoting the album′s title song I Got a Boy in Korea.
