According to a July 22 announcement by their agency, SM Entertainment, Girls’ Generation’s concert in Taiwan was a big success., The concert was held at Taipei Arena on July 20 and 21 and was titled 2013 Girls’ Generation World Tour – Girls & Peace in Taipei.
The female stars performed 28 of their hit songs, including “Gee,” “Tell Me Your Wish,” and “Hoot” as well as some other songs from their fourth studio album, including “I Got a Boy” and “Dancing Queen.” They also included the song “Flower Power,” which was released in Japan.
Their agency added, “Girls’ Generation sent 22,000 fans into a frenzy. At a press conference held prior to the concert, major local media attended, including theUnited Daily News, China Times, and Freedom Times.
From here the group will continue their concert tour to other Asian countries and the world.
