While she fits her age now, Girls’ Generation (SNSD) Yoona revealed that due to her mature looks as a teenager, she was scouted by the adult entertainment industry.
On January 14, Yoona, along with Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Jessica, Taeyeon, and Sunny, appeared on KBS’ Hello. One of the problems a citizen brought on the show was that she was being treated like an elementary school student despite being 19 years old.
“I actually looked a lot older,” said Yoona. “When I was 15, people saw me as a college student. When I walked down the street, waiters working in the adult entertainment businesses would hand me their business cards. I got really scared about it.”
Trying to change the atmosphere a bit, MC Kim Tae Gyun asked if Yoona kept all the cards, making Yoona laugh and reply with a no.
