She’s currently earning praise for her role on SBS’Fashion King but Girls’ Generation’s Yuri’s beauty has also been duly noted as it has been revealed she has been selected as Amore Pacific’s Mamonde’s new model.
A spokesperson for Mamonde revealed the reasons behind Yuri’s selection saying, “With her extraordinary talent and friendly image, she is receiving love from men and women and therefore she is more than qualified to be a model for Mamonde who is leading the hallyu beauty [trend] in not only Korea but in the China regions as well.”
The person went on to add, “We expect the appointment of Yuri, one of today′s top hallyu stars with her fresh and lively merits, together with Mamonde’s first male model Choi Siwon, who was appointed last year, to help solidify [Mamonde]’s status as a global brand.”
Yuri will be seen in new advertisements for Mamonde in Korea and abroad with Choi. Yuri’s television commercials and online videos will be revealed in April.
